US CUSTOMERS
Currently, we offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $99. This may exclude some items, such as oversized kits, and international orders. All orders are shipped via FedEx and US Postal Service (Priority or First Class Mail). Any items deemed combusible will be shipped ground within the 48 contigious states and those items will be noted as such. Most orders placed before 1PM Pacific Mon-Fri are usually shipped on the same day or next day . If your order is urgent and you need it next day, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL SALES
We are now offering international shipping to most international countries. If you wish to make a purchase and have it shipped outside of the US and your country is not listed in the drop-down selection, please contact us via email to arrange for a shipping quotation and payment arrangements.

SALES TAX
Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged sales tax at a rate of 8.75%.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the ACCOUNT LOGIN page, either enter the confirmation number OR click SIGN IN & ACCOUNT HISTORY.  This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
